What we collect

• Brand application: company name, your name, email, phone, country, city, website or Instagram, tax number, address and your message.
• Trade fair registration: the details you give us at our stand, such as your name, company, country, email, phone and what you are interested in, and a photo of your business card when you hand us one.
• After you register at our stand: the models and fabrics you open on this website, so that we can follow up on what interested you.
• Contact form: your name, email, phone if you give it, and your message.

Cookies

• Language (omk_dil): remembers the language you use on this site, for one year.
• Trade fair visitor (omk_ziyaretci): set only when you register at our stand, to link the pages you open to your visit.
• Customer portal (omk_portal): keeps approved customers signed in; it ends 30 days after the last visit.

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we use it

To answer your messages and applications, to follow up after trade fairs and to work with your brand. We do not sell your details.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them for these purposes, for example while we work with your brand. Records that must be kept by law, such as invoices, are kept for the period the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal details we hold about you, to correct them or to delete them through our contact page.

Law

OM KASHI is based in India, where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies to personal data.
